DMCA Notice and Copyright Policy

GBWatsApp.tech respects intellectual property rights and expects users, contributors, and third parties to do the same. This page explains how copyright owners can report allegedly infringing material and how affected parties can submit a counter-notice if they believe material was removed by mistake.

We are an independent website and are not affiliated with WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram, or any mod developer. Mentions of app names are used for identification, commentary, comparison, education, and search clarity.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on GBWatsApp.tech infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to [email protected]. To help us process the request quickly, include all of the following:

  • Your full legal name, organization name if applicable, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL on GBWatsApp.tech where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  • A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens After a Valid Notice

After receiving a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the disputed material while we review the claim. We may contact the reporting party for clarification if the request is incomplete, vague, or does not identify a specific URL. We may also preserve records for legal, security, and abuse-prevention purposes.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address. A counter-notice should identify the removed material, explain why removal was mistaken, include your contact details, state that you consent to the relevant jurisdiction where required, and include your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringement

We may restrict or block users, contributors, or sources that repeatedly submit infringing material or abuse the website. We also reserve the right to remove content for safety, legal, quality, or editorial reasons even when a formal DMCA notice has not been submitted.

Important Note About APKs

If a file, brand name, package name, logo, screenshot, or written description is disputed, provide the specific URL and explain the rights involved. We will review credible complaints and act where appropriate. We do not knowingly host copyrighted material in violation of law.
